There are several "Rules for hire" that we use to select team members and partners:

• Years of experience. 5, 10, 20 ... or more in business, technical or compliance-related focus areas.
• Certified Professionals. People who show an on-going commitment to keep up with the field. (CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, GIAC, etc.).
• Contributors to the field. Authors, public-speakers, leaders in professional organizations.
• No ex-hackers. We want smart technical people - not criminals.
• "Fun People". To our customers, this stuff is dry at best and can be scary at worst. It is important for us to work with you and to make you feel comfortable that we are truly on your side.
