Chapman Technology Group, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Wisconsin in 1996 for the purposes of licensing and distributing cryptographic software created by the founder, Mark Chapman.

Mark has a masters degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in the area of Cryptography and Data Security. He has over 19 years of hands-on business experience.
